Italian charms and sourdough bread from organic Dutch wheat … When I was 18, I started working as a kitchen assistant. 10 years later, owner Faouzi Chihabi asked me to teach the art of sourdough baking to him and his team. With stone milled wheat from Maalderij de Gouden Engel (type lavett), sourdough bread is now being made that accompanies the dishes beautifully.
