My passion is about grains and sourdough. From authentic French bread, antic grains, Neapolitan pizza en foccacia; the possibilities are endless. I express my passion by giving workshops and masterclasses in baking with sourdough and organic grains.


My offer is aimed at both private clients as professionals who want to learn how to bake with sourdough and consists of (click on the link for more information):

  1. Open workshops: in mill ”De Gouden Engel” you learn how to bake under the wicks.
  2. From your own oven: baking sourdough bread in your own environment.
  3. Masterclasses: aimed at professionals and experienced bakers who want to integrate sourdough bread and/or pizza into their company.
